Lamborghini has launched the limited edition of its fastest sports car Murcielago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce in India. Its ex-showroom price is Rs. 3.6 Crore. Lamborghini is an Italian luxury Auto Company. This car has 6.5 litre V12 petrol engine which is of 670 horsepower and consists of 12 cylinders. It can gain speed from zero to 100 kilometre per hour in only 3.2 seconds. The maximum speed of the car is 342 kilometre per hour. Lamborghini will introduce only 350 units of this model in India. The new car will be distributed in India by New Delhi-based Exclusive Motors, the distributor of luxury cars like the Bentley Mulsanne, Bentley Supersports, and the Lamborghini Gallardo in the country.
The car is built with lightweight materials and hi-tech carbon fiber. Its transmission tunnel and floor are made of carbon fiber, the roof and exterior door panels are carved from sheet steel and carbon composite material is used to make the rest of the outer skin. It is fitted with upward opening doors and the interior has sports bucket seats.
